How to Verify a Linux Mint ISO: Integrity and Authenticity Checks
Before installing the Linux Mint operating system on your computer, it is a good practice to verify the downloaded ISO file for integrity and authenticity.
The verification process is quite simple, but it might seem a bit confusing for new users as it requires some actions to be completed via a Command Prompt and by utilizing other software.
In this video, I will demonstrate how to perform the verification process of the Linux Mint ISO file step-by-step. You can also use this guide to verify the integrity of other ISO images using the SHA256 checksum.

Bro I have a IdeaPad 3 gaming and I followed the same procedure but I am facing the blue screen error , when i clicked Restart my pc It again went black , Also my problem is a little different whenever i turn my laptop on it shows the lenovo logo and after that it goes black. Should I click on advanced options and try for safe mode

This just fixes it Temporarily for me. After a few minutes the issue remanifests itself. Guess ill have to reinstall windows
Hi, if the issue keeps repeating maybe you have some different problem with your laptop as it shouldn't be repeating after this method was applied. Reinstalling Windows might be a good idea.

Hi, if it doesn't work then it's a different problem. Do you have power going to the laptop? LED light ON? When and how did this happen? Fans running? Keyboard light up? Have you done any upgrades aka RAM, SSD?
I had 2 rams i removed one and re installed it it worked laptop lenovo idea pad 3 gaming 2024 make sure you dont have faulty ram
Hi, that's a valid point. If after an upgrade something doesn't work, just revert it back to how it was.

Hi, make sure that you use the exact password as on the modem preserving capital and lower case letter. Otherwise, if it's not new, maybe someone has changed it prior. You should be able to go to the setting of the modem and change it yourself. For that you can connect it via USB not Wifi ot the computer and go to the settings. Hope it helps!

Hi, it only outputs 22.5W max, and most laptops need at least 65W power to charge. Maybe an old netbook would work.

I have a question, I did try uninstalling the quality updates but it's taking too long. Can I stop it ?
Hi, if the uninstallation is still in progress, try clicking "Cancel" if that option is available. If the process seems stuck and doesn't respond to cancellation, you can force restart your computer: Press and hold the power button until the computer shuts down completely. Wait a few seconds, then power the computer back on. Note: Forcing a shutdown during an update process can sometimes cause issues, such as the system being unable to boot properly or corruption of files. Use this option only if absolutely necessary. After restarting, check if the update was successfully uninstalled or if it was partially removed: Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > View update history. Check if the update you attempted to uninstall is still listed. If the system is stable and the update is still there, you can decide whether to retry the uninstallation or leave it as is. Hope this helps!
Is possible to using ddr5 48 GB 5600 on this laptop?
This one supports only DDR4 memory, but if you have newer models, like those from 2023 or 2024, I believe they have DDR5 memory. So, yes, the type of memory it supports depends on the model's year of manufacture.
